Psychosynthesis Therapy – a Talk-Based Form of Therapy

Psychosynthesis therapy is a talk-based form of therapy grounded in the principles of psychosynthesis – an integrative psychology and life philosophy developed by Roberto Assagioli (1888–1974).

This approach considers the whole person: both the pain you carry and the parts of you that long to grow. Together, we explore what is holding you back, as well as your inner longing, your resources, and your potential for change.
The focus is on all of you – who you are, and who you can become.
